GFCF Teriyaki Chicken

Not sure where I found this recipe, but it was great!  I cut some Pineapple into thin slices and grilled
those for a couple of minutes as a side dish. 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Mayonaise
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 Chicken Breasts
1 cup white rice

Directions:
Pound the chicken breasts to thin them out a little.
Mix the mayo and the soy sauce together in a medium bowl.
Put the chicken breasts in the bowl and cover them with the sauce.  Put the bowl in the fridge for about a half hour. 
Grill the chicken for about 20-25 min or until done. 

Make the rice according to the istructions on the bag and you have a great meal!
